Chocolate Coconut Fudge

Lately I’ve been using everything that contains Coconut in it. And I love it. It’s in my hair products (I’ll share more of my hair journey soon I promise), my skin products, my spices, and even my yogurt. When I stumbled upon this Chocolate Coconut Fudge recipe by crazylittleprojects.com , I was so excited to share with you because I know so many love coconut too! The top layer is a creamy white coconut layer and the bottom layer is a yummy milk chocolate layer.

Plus, you can make a double batch in one go since you can use GLAD freezer bags, and convenient to take with to work in a GLAD Zip Seal Snack Bag.

  • Add chocolate chips and butter and stir until completely combined.
  • Pour into well greased 20 x 20 cm pan.
  • Place in refrigerator for several hours until completely set.
  • Then proceed to the coconut layer.

  • Repeat the process from the bottom layer (as above: combine the sugar, marshmallows and milk in a large pan. Heat and bring it to a soft boil. After 6 minutes, turn off the heat).
  • Add white chips and butter and mix till melted (if you love peanut butter, use peanut butter chips instead of milk chocolate ones).
  • Stir in coconut extract.
  • Pour on top of the chocolate layer.
  • Gently sprinkle coconut on top of it and lightly press into the top of the fudge.
  • Slice and serve or freeze and slice

And the very last step: Relax and Enjoy!
